Yes, today I didn’t have a good protein breakfast and then I was craving but in my cravings I had yogurt, nuts, dried cranberries, one ball of mozarella cheese together with almonds and peanuts and dried cranberries. Also, had a glass of orange juice and a few red grapes. Thanks.
