Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note, that returns should not be sent back to the manufacturer directly.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted if applicable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the timing of the credit may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend following these steps:
- Check your bank account again to confirm that the refund has not been posted.
- Contact your credit card company; please note that it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often a standard processing period before refunds are completed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for regularly priced items. Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We’re happy to replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To exchange your item for the same product, please email us at support@bioyouthlabs.com and mail the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a gift certificate and mail it to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present to you later, the refund will be issued directly to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. Please note that these shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where a refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
The delivery time for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as BioYouth Labs cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
